Meanwhile, fully flexible setups—where no office time is required—are fading, dropping from 31% in early 2023 to just 25% today.
Full-time in-office setups remain the second most common model, highlighting their enduring value for companies focused on fostering tight-knit cultures and face-to-face collaboration.
